1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They allow the site to remember your preferences and improve the user experience on subsequent visits.
2. Cookies we use
2.1 Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are essential for the platform to function. Without them, it is not possible to authenticate sessions or maintain the application state.
- next-auth.session-token — session authentication (duration: session)
- next-auth.csrf-token — protection against CSRF attacks (duration: session)
- next-auth.callback-url — redirect after login (duration: session)
2.2 Preference cookies
They save your interface preferences, such as the theme (light/dark) and language settings.
- theme — interface theme (duration: 1 year)
2.3 Analytics cookies
We use usage analysis to improve the platform. Data is processed in an aggregated and anonymous way — it is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
- Internal analysis — feature usage metrics (duration: 90 days)
3. Third-party cookies
WhatSMS uses Stripe for payment processing. Stripe may set cookies on your device during the checkout process, governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
We do not use social media, remarketing, or behavioral advertising cookies.
4. How to manage cookies
You can control and/or delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent access to the authenticated platform.
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Privacy, search, and services → Cookies
5. Updates to this policy
This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in the platform or applicable legislation. The last updated date is always indicated at the top of this page.
