Billing FAQ
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade instantly from your admin dashboard. The price is calculated proportionally for the remaining time of the period.
What counts as a 'contact'?
A contact is a unique mobile number you have interacted with in the last 30 active days. Inactive contacts do not count towards the limit.
Are there setup or activation costs?
Zero. Setup is completed by your business in minutes, and we do not charge activation, setup, or onboarding fees.
What happens if I exceed the message limit?
The service is not interrupted. You will receive an email warning and you can buy an extra message pack or upgrade your plan.
How does annual billing work?
With the annual plan, you pay for 12 months at once with a 20% discount. The value is charged at the start of the cycle and there is no partial refund in case of early cancellation.
